By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. Our store currently serves customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium, and Portugal.

2. Use of the Website

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You agree to use the Website lawfully and respectfully. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

3. Products and Craftsmanship (Wooden Decor)

We specialize in handcrafted wooden home organizers. While we strive for perfection, please note:

• Natural Variations: As we use solid wood (pine, walnut, acacia, etc.), natural variations in color, grain, and texture are expected and celebrated as part of the product’s unique character.

• Handmade Tolerances: Minor size differences (within a few millimeters) may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our workshop process.

• Care Instructions: Wood is sensitive to its environment. Do not expose your Favotee pieces to direct sunlight for extended periods, high humidity, or standing water.

4. Ordering and Payment

• Contract: Your order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance occurs when we send a shipping confirmation email.

• Pricing: All prices are in USD. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by your country of residence.

• Cancellations: Because our products are Ready-to-Ship, you must request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx), it cannot be cancelled.

• Title & Risk: Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier to the address provided.

• Inspection: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the item is damaged, contact us within 72 hours with photos so we can arrange a replacement.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy provides detailed eligibility.

• 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

• Condition: Items must be in original, “like-new” condition and securely repacked.

• Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to our error (damaged/defective), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
