SHIPPING POLICY

At Favotee, we know that shipping handcrafted wooden key holders and shelves requires care, attention, and transparency. Even though our products are Ready-to-Ship, each order goes through a final inspection to ensure it arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition.

1. SHIPPING AREA

We currently provide shipping exclusively within the United States.

  • Coverage: All 50 states.

  • Exclusions: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). A physical street address is required to ensure safe delivery by our carriers.

2. SHIPPING OVERVIEW (COSTS & TIME)

Every order goes through two stages: Handling/Processing (final inspection & secure packaging) and Transit (delivery time).

  • Order Cut-Off: 2:00 PM (ET). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). This is the period required to inspect, quality-check, and lovingly package your handcrafted items.

  • Transit Time: 3–6 business days (The time the carrier needs to bring your order to your doorstep).

3. CARRIERS & TRACKING

We partner with trusted domestic carriers to ensure the safety of our handcrafted woodwork:

  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your email once the order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update in the carrier’s system.

4. PACKAGING STANDARDS

All Favotee products are packed in reinforced corrugated cartons with internal protective padding. We take extra precautions to protect the wood’s natural finish and the metal hardware from scratches or impact during transit.

5. DAMAGED OR LOST GOODS

  • Damaged Items: If your wooden shelf or key hook arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the packaging.

  • Lost Packages: If your order has no tracking movement for more than 10 business days, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier and offer a reshipment or refund.

6. ORDER CANCELLATION

Because we maintain a fast Ready-to-Ship workflow, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase for cancellations. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier and a tracking number is generated, it can no longer be cancelled.
