At Favotee, we know that shipping handcrafted wooden key holders and shelves requires care, attention, and transparency. Even though our products are ready to ship, each order goes through a careful process to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.
We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States (excluding P.O. Boxes and military addresses such as APO/FPO/DPO), as well as the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and Australia. Our priority is to make sure your order reaches your doorstep safely, no matter where you are.
Because our key holders and shelves are small but delicate, we apply a flat shipping fee of $12 for most domestic orders. Orders totaling $250 or more qualify for free shipping. International shipping varies by destination, typically starting at $18 for Europe and $15 for Australia. All costs are displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
Every order goes through two clear stages. First is the processing stage, which usually takes 1–2 business days. During this time, your key holder or shelf is inspected, carefully pre-assembled if necessary, and securely packaged. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST enter processing the same business day, while orders placed after this cut-off time begin processing the following business day. Once the package is handed over to our carriers, the transit stage begins, typically lasting 3–6 business days for domestic U.S. orders and 7–14 business days for international orders, depending on the destination and carrier. With this schedule, most customers can expect to receive their order within 1–2 weeks domestically or 2–3 weeks internationally.
We work with trusted shipping partners including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on the size and destination of the order. Each shipment includes a tracking number so you can follow your order from our workshop to your home, though tracking may take up to 48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
All Favotee products are carefully packed in reinforced cartons with protective materials to prevent damage during transit. While our pieces are lightweight, we take special care to protect the wood’s finish and hardware.
If your item is damaged during transit, please contact our support team within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund. In the rare case of a lost package, we will work directly with the carrier to investigate. If a shipment cannot be located within 20 business days, we will reship or refund your order.
Orders can be canceled before processing begins. Because our products are ready-to-ship, we recommend contacting us within 8 hours of purchase for cancellations. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier and a tracking number issued, cancellation is no longer possible; customers may follow our Return & Refund Policy if applicable.
