Returns & Refunds Policy

At Favotee, every wooden key holder and shelf is handcrafted with care and meticulously inspected before shipping. We stand behind our quality, but because wooden decor requires careful handling, we maintain clear return and refund conditions to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.
1. RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. After this 30-day period, we unfortunately cannot accept return requests.
2. CONDITIONS FOR AN ACCEPTED RETURN
To qualify for a refund, the product must remain in its original, “like-new” condition. This means:
No Damage: No scratches, cracks, stains, or signs of misuse after delivery.
Complete Parts: All included hardware (hooks, screws, anchors) and assembly instructions must be returned.
Secure Packaging: The item must be securely packed—preferably in the original reinforced packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order number must be provided.
3. RETURN METHOD & FEES
Return Method: All returns must be sent by Mail to our dedicated workshop.
Restocking Fee: Favotee does NOT charge any restocking fees ($0.00 cost).
Return Shipping Label: * Faulty/Damaged Items: Favotee provides a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
Change of Mind: For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. RETURN SCENARIOS
Scenario A: Favotee’s Fault (Damage, Defects, Incorrect Item) If your order arrives with transit damage (cracked wood, broken hooks) or manufacturing defects, Favotee takes full responsibility. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping, at no cost to you.
Scenario B: Customer-Requested Returns (Change of Mind) If you decide the product doesn’t fit your space:
Original Shipping Fee: Outbound shipping fees ($12 – $18) are non-refundable.
Refund Amount: We will refund the product price only after it passes inspection.
5. REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Inspection & Processing: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and verified at our workshop.
Method: Funds will be sent back to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal).
Bank Posting: Banks typically take an additional 3–7 business days to reflect the funds in your account.
