To track your order, please enter your Tracking ID in the box below and press the “Track” button. This Tracking ID was sent to the email address you provided when placing your order. You will receive an email once your order has been completed, which will include the Tracking ID.

How to find your Tracking ID?

  • Your Tracking ID was sent to the email address you provided when placing your order.

  • Since our products are handcrafted and undergo a final quality check, please allow 1–2 business days for your tracking number to be generated.

  • Once your order has been dispatched from our Virginia workshop, you will receive an automated email including your Tracking ID and a direct link to follow your package.

Not seeing an update?

  • Pending Status: It may take 24–48 hours for the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) to update the status in their system after the label is created.

  • Spam Folder: If you haven’t received your tracking email after 3 business days, please check your Spam or Promotions folder.
