At FAVOTEE, we value flexibility and transparency. This policy explains how you can cancel an order, the timeframe for doing so, and how refunds are handled if you change your mind after placing an order.

1. Cancellation Window

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

Because our wooden key holders and shelves are Ready-to-Ship, our fulfillment team works quickly to inspect and dispatch your items. Once the 12-hour window has passed, or if the item has already been handed over to the shipping carrier, the order can no longer be cancelled.

If your order is no longer eligible for cancellation, you may still return it once it arrives. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for further guidance.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation, please email us at [email protected] within the 12-hour window. Please include:

  • Your Order ID.

  • The Email address used at checkout.

  • (Optional) A brief reason for the cancellation to help us improve.

Our team will review your request and send a confirmation email once the cancellation is processed.

3. Refund Process

If your cancellation is approved:

  • We will issue a full refund to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal).

  • You will receive an automated email notification confirming the refund.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days, though your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–7 business days to reflect the amount in your account.

4. After the 12-Hour Window

Once your order has been processed for shipping or is already in transit, we are unable to stop the delivery. In such cases, please wait for the package to arrive and then follow our return instructions. Please note that in “change of mind” returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
