At Favotee, we know that shipping handcrafted wooden key holders and shelves requires care, attention, and transparency. Even though our products are ready to ship, each order goes through a careful process to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.

1. Shipping Area

We currently ship to:

  • United States: All 50 states (Excluding P.O. Boxes and military addresses such as APO/FPO/DPO).

  • International: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and Australia.

Our priority is to make sure your order reaches your doorstep safely, no matter where you are.

2. Carriers & Service Levels

We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure the safety of our delicate wooden pieces:

  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL (depending on the size and destination).

  • Tracking: Each shipment includes a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to appear in the carrier’s system.

3. Shipping Overview (Costs & Time)

Every order goes through two stages: Processing (inspection & packaging) and Transit (shipping time).

  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT-8 PST enter processing the same business day.

  • Processing Time: Typically 1–2 business days. During this time, your item is inspected and securely packaged.

  • All costs are displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

4. Packaging Standards

All Favotee products are carefully packed in reinforced cartons with protective materials to prevent damage during transit. While our pieces are lightweight, we take special care to protect the wood’s finish and hardware.

5. Order Tracking

Once your package is handed over to our carriers, the transit stage begins. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link. Most customers receive their orders within 1–2 weeks (US) or 2–3 weeks (International).

6. Damaged or Lost Goods

  • Damaged Items: If your item is damaged during transit, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

  • Lost Packages: If a shipment cannot be located within 20 business days, we will reship or refund your order after investigating with the carrier.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Because our products are ready-to-ship, we recommend contacting us within 8 hours of purchase for cancellations.

  • Once an order has been handed over to the carrier and a tracking number is issued, cancellation is no longer possible.
