Favotee Return & Refund Policy

At Favotee, every key holder and wooden shelf is handcrafted with care and carefully inspected before shipping. We stand behind our quality, but because wooden decor requires careful handling, we maintain clear return and refund conditions so that both you and our team are protected.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. After this period, returns cannot be accepted.

Conditions for an Accepted Return

For a return to be approved, the product must remain in original condition. This means:

  • No scratches, cracks, stains, or signs of misuse.

  • All included parts such as hooks, shelves, hardware, screws, and any assembly instructions must be returned.

  • The item must be securely packed, preferably in the original packaging or another sturdy carton, to prevent damage during shipping.

  • A valid order number must be included.

If these conditions are not met, for example, missing parts, visible damage from assembly, or unsafe packaging, we may refuse the return or deduct repair/replacement costs from the refund.

When Favotee Take Responsibility

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover all costs. This includes:

  • Damage during transit (cracked wood, broken hooks, scratches).

  • Manufacturing defects (faulty joints, missing components).

  • Receiving the wrong product.

In such cases, Favotee provides a prepaid return shipping label and arranges pickup at no cost to you. Once the item is returned and inspected, you may choose:

  • A full refund, including the original shipping fee, or

  • A replacement if the item is in stock.

When It’s Your Decision

If you simply change your mind, for example:

  • The item doesn’t fit your space

  • You decide you no longer want it

These returns are allowed within 30 days of delivery, but the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The product must be carefully packed and shipped via a tracked service. If the returned item passes inspection, we will refund the product price only. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable in these cases.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned item passes inspection. The refund will be sent to your original payment method (Stripe, PayPal). An email confirmation will be sent once the refund is issued. Banks may take 3–7 business days to reflect the funds in your account.
